About

Jayne has travelled extensively and worked in fields as diverse as Vocational training, Corporate and hospitality industries. From these experiences, she has developed a capacity to relate to people in all age groups, and from all walks of life. Her experience came in a variety of well-regarded natural and allied health clinics in Melbourne and Eastern suburbs which gave her exposure to diverse methods of treatment and assessment models.

Her treatment style is a mixture of direct skills in Myotherapy and adding further knowledge to an extensive range of techniques that Jayne offers, including, but not limited to, Activate therapy, myofascial release, ART, dry needling, cupping, trigger point therapy, and muscle energy technique.

Jayne considers the fine balance between traditional Myotherapy tempered by current evidence-based research. Her previous placements and studies have provided her with both experience in her field and a grounding in human movement.

In her spare time, she likes to be with her family, swim in the ocean, read books and to ponder what meals to make next.

“I’m fascinated by Fascial slings/muscles and the way the body works as a whole. I have a passion for Myotherapy therapy because it has an immeasurable influence to help people. Not only does it help to heal the body, but the body/mind connections also. As a therapist, I’m privileged to be able to assist clients and enable them to lead a healthier and supported life.”
